Beata Brooks M.S., CCC-SLP Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist

Beata is a Texas licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist. She holds ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence. 

Beata attended York University in Toronto Canada, where she received an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Communication Studies. She graduated in 2004 with high honors and continued her training at Texas Woman’s University. She received her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2008. 

Beata has focused her clinical skills on treating patients with:

Beata has taken specific interest in the Orofacial Myology and has trained through Academy of Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT) as well as Simon Says. She is currently on the AOMT certification track and continues to enrich her knowledge through courses focusing on nasal breathing, tethered oral tissues, orofacial complex.

Beata is a recent recipient of an ASHA 2023 ACE award.

Beata has mentored graduate students. She previously served on school district’s assistive technology and autism teams. 

Beata lives in Fort Worth, TX with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, lifting weights, cooking and travelling.
